Plumb Right

I woke up Saturday morning to discover my water heater was leaking and not working. I called Plumb Right, and although it was a Saturday, someone immediately answered my call. The person verified my water heater was still under warranty, so replacing it would not be an issue, however he could not get a new unit until Monday. So we scheduled a Monday appointment. On Monday the plumber, Thomas, showed up, verified the model, and had his co-worker bring a new unit. They quickly swapped water heaters. And within a few hours my hot water was back! I've worked with Plumb Right, and specifically with Thomas, several times before. Each time they provided excellent service, and are literally my 'go-to' for plumbing assistance. They are experienced, skilled plumbers who value providing quality customer service.

Plumb Right was extremely helpful! Our plumber, Thomas, was knowledgable, helpful and a delight! He went out of his way to take on a tricky task and walked us through each step along the way. He was kind, personable and supportive. Definitely recommend!

Erik and Ethan were so helpful and kind! They really cared about the location of the shut off valve that they installed so that I could reach it, which took extra work. They’re also went above and beyond to help me remove trim to be able to fit my fridge which they installed a water line for. I’d be so happy to have them back.

Erik, Matthew, and Devon are very knowledgeable, professional, and just great! They are on my speed dial for a reason. Great work! They ran new gas lines for gas inserts in my two fireplaces, updated three other gas lines, fixed shower fixtures. Erik found other issues with my water softener, leaking pistons. Devon came out to fix a gas leak at my gas meter, he showed up within 40 mins after my call. They go above and beyond! Highly recommend!!!

Thomas went beyond what I could have expected. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and looked out for me as a customer. We had a big water leak and he diagnosed it and made the the correct fix. He tested the water lines to make sure no other leaks. He notice our water was high in the sump and notify me that the pump may be inoperable. I was glad he told me, because we're heading for spring and snow melts soon. He also diagnosed the water heater, which wasn't leaking but had a broken valve. He gave me a quote for both which I took and will evaluate for now. He never pushed the sales or tried to pressure me into buying. He was very straightforward to the facts and gave me great information for me to make my own decisions, which I APPRECIATE VERY MUCH! This is my first time using Plumb Right and I don't wish for more plumbing mishap, but I would be glad to call them again.

Thomas from Plumb Right was outstanding! He helped me choose the perfect filtration system for our well water and even negotiated a discount with the company owner. Thomas, along with Devon and Ethan, worked tirelessly all day to install the new system and fixed a leak we’d been dealing with at the same time. Thomas has a fantastic personality—it was a pleasure joking with him while he worked. I also learned a lot from both Thomas and Devon about water filtration and plumbing in general. This is truly a 5-star team—highly recommended!
